Hot sealing and laminating machine

As engineering office for plastic coating and plastic finishing (printing, embossing, laminating), we have developed a laminating-machine for processing of so-called „Digital Prints“ with a maximum width of 1.450 mm (corresponding to the width of DIN A0) up to a serial manufacturing in the last years, which are used in Graphic-Industry. Up to now, we have delivered 15 machines within western Europe.

It's a new process to manufacture photos/pictures, in contrast to conventional photographic technology, by digital print processing with following plotting by colour-plotter on conventional paper. The process is used to produce, for example, big-size advertising-posters.

To protect these plots or for a surface finishing, in the following they must be laminated with a special film consisting of Polyester/LDPE. Therefore the machine which is developed by us, will be used. For a better understanding please find enclosed some general flow sheets, which show the working process and the different kind of use. We want to point out to a process, by which advertising posters or object-inscriptions are laminated on the back-side with a self-adhesive film.

Because of the development for laminating-machines and tests we have extensive experience about the technology and the procedure which could be surely of interest to you.
